PAYMENT POLICY

1. Payment Methods

Aura offers flexible payment options to ensure a convenient customer experience:

  • Cash Payment: Available at all service counters under Aura.

  • Bank Transfer: Account details will be clearly provided in your invoice or booking instructions.

  • Card Payment: Aura accepts credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB).

  • E-wallets: Supported platforms include MoMo, ZaloPay, and ShopeePay.

2. Advance Payment Requirements

Some services may require a deposit or full prepayment to secure your reservation (especially for events or personalized services).
Deposits can be refunded or credited toward service fees, depending on the cancellation/postponement policy of each service type.

3. Invoices & Receipts

Customers will receive either a digital invoice via email or a printed receipt at the service counter.
For VAT invoices, please notify us in advance so we can process accordingly.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable based on the specific terms of each service.
Valid refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days.
